Welcome to our beautiful lakeside home! Blue Haven offers
a peaceful retreat, stunning views, and shoreline access to Beaver Lake. This home is just steps away from the water and is the perfect location for creating long-lasting impressions and picture-perfect memories.

Blue Haven overlooks Beaver Lake, a man-made reservoir in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas. Also known as a popular tourist destination featuring limestone bluffs, natural caves, and a wide variety of trees and flowering shrubs.

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across three different floors. Enjoy the comfort of 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with the luxury of having a king bedroom on the first floor and an additional King on the lower level. Guests will find custom triple bunk beds on the main living level (first floor) suitable for children and adults. The third floor features a bedroom with one queen-sized bed and a private bathroom.

We invite you to use our many amenities; kick your feet up and enjoy a beautiful sunset from one of the spacious outdoor patios, whip up your favorite bbq recipe on the gas grill, and gather with your friends and family in our oversized outdoor dining and lounge space. Inside the home, we offer a smart TV in each room (except the bunk room), games for your entertainment, a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience, and more.

With prior approval, we invite you to bring your furry friends to our pet-friendly, pet-equipped home. There is no need to overpack, and your stay includes laundry amenities (washer, dryer, ironing board, iron). As for parking, we have you covered! Our private gravel drive conveniently accommodates cars, trucks, and or boats.

Blue Haven is conveniently located just 20 minutes from downtown Rogers, 30 minutes from downtown Fayetteville, and 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville, where you can explore local attractions and amenities. We are also a short 5-minute drive to Hickory Creek Park, where guests can enjoy peaceful hiking, biking, and wildlife viewing opportunities.
