The staff was great, very helpful. The beds were a little off, the bottom was not sitting quite right on the framing, otherwise comfortable to sleep on. The bath room door needs some fixing as it didn't slide completely shut.

Best Western Plus Waltham Boston
Room was never cleaned/sheets were not changed (after being requested). The front desk staff gave out incorrect information on a printed flyer, but didn’t bother to change it. The elevator is incredibly loud and could be heard through the walls all night long.

Stay was great. Hotel is clean staff is excellent. Only thing is breakfast should be complimentary.

Sheets were dirty and had to ask be replaced. Elevator not working and a lot of renovations. Staff was helpful and breakfast was delightful.
