"This is a lovely spot to spend some quiet time. Very close to a small grocery store and the waterfront. Loved the terrace--very relaxing with beautiful plants. "This place is a lot larger than it looks in the photos. Spacious and fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, and two excellent bedrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony. "The entire family was blown away by the house and property. Yes they had seen the listing photos - but nothing does it justice until you are actually there. To be able to walk to the beach before a day of sightseeing, and relax by the pool afterwards is a dream. We enjoyed all having our own bathroom and especially an additional extra bath on each floor was very helpful. Between the kids play room and pool table and ping pong table we could never be bored and wished we had booked the house for two weeks instead of just one. We also noticed immediately how absolutely pristine the condition of the property was. It didn't just look surface clean - it was positively squeaky clean and not a speck of dust could be found. Probably though the most memorable was our first night - after many issues we were getting to the house very late and all the stores were closed and we were very hungry with no where to go. But the host was at the home - still patiently waiting for us along with many home prepared food items and beer in the fridge. We were so touched at their kindness and it started our entire trip on such a good note we really couldn't have had a better stay! We hope to come back again and stat much longer! Thank you!!"

"What a gem tucked off the road on this stretch of the Makarska Riviera. We are so glad we found this place. After traveling for a month a spa massage is exactly what we needed. The day was nice enough to sit by the pool and soak up some Indian summer sun. The food was delicious with a higher selection of entrees and desserts as well as wine and cocktails. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was perfect. And the people were friendly, helpful and nice. Best stay of our trip. Will be back. "

"We loved staying at this hotel. The people were so helpful and friendly, and we'd definitely go back. I thought it was good value for money, too. There are a few things I would have liked to know if I was staying here. There is a lovely little beach right opposite the hotel, with a couple of beach bars within a 2 minute walk. The hotel is on the main road (as most of them are in this area) and the road is very noisy at night. It's the main road from Split to Omis and the bus stop is right outside the hotel - very convenient for getting around, but also noisy. Ask for a room at the back, rather than the sea view - and a higher floor might help too. There's no provision for filtered/cold water other than at breakfast, and the cooler gets locked during the day which we thought was a bit odd. The water is completely safe to drink but if you prefer cold water, buy your own. We visited out of the main season, and there is no supermarket/shop nearby - the nearest one is about a 30 minute walk away, or a few minutes on the bus. There might be one in the village during the season. The rooms are great, spacious and clean, and it was lovely having a balcony. There are a few really good restaurants in walking distance. Overall, a really lovely place to visit, and a great hotel. "
