"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

"We traveled with a total of 8 adults and 8 children.The accommodation is spacious and offers enough room both indoors and outdoors for such a large group.The amenities are excellent.We especially enjoyed the barbecue area, the beautiful pool, and the ample sleeping arrangements.There are many excursion destinations within about 30 minutes of the accommodation.Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the host was always available and helpful.We can highly recommend the accommodation."

"Sehr schöne Villa in einer ruhigen Gegend mit netten Nachbarn, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Schöne terasse, schöner Pool. Enspricht alles zu 100 Prozent den Bildern. Wir haben es genossen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 kinder, für alle genug platz. "

"Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Das positive vorweg. Der Pool war sauber und bot uns eine angenehme Abkühlung. Den Ort fanden wir sehr gut gelegen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Vor allem die Konoba Doma die zu Fuß zu erreichen war, ist sehr empfehlenswert. Im und um das Haus herum wirkte es auf den ersten Blick abgewohnt und schmuddelig. Unzählige Tote Mücken an den Wänden, kaputte Duscharmaturen, lose Toilettenbrillen und andere Kleinigkeiten. "Everything was perfect - starting with the contact with Kristina before arriving, having a great time in the house and ending with a warm farewell at the end. The location of the house is definitely more in the village but is was perfectly fine because this gave us absolut the rest we needed. On the other hand driving to Pula or Rovinj took us only 30-40 minutes! The house itself was very modern and 100% as described! You can stay here easily with 6 adults and 6 children because the bedrooms...
