You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Cozy cottage with PRIVATE hot tub and year round pool.

Experience the Blue Ridge Mountains and everything Nelson County has to offer such as hiking, fishing, Nelson 29 and Nelson 151 craft beer/ wine trail. Relax in a private hot tub after a day of skiing or cool off in the pool after hiking Fortunes Cove, Crabtree Falls or the Blue Ridge Tunnel Trail ….to name only a few.

The 4’ deep pool is covered and can be heated in cold months for $25/day fee, please indicate at time of booking that you would like to have the pool heated so we can adjust the costs and ensure it will be ready for your visit.

*The pool will be opening in May 2025.

The cottage is fully stocked for your cooking needs and centrally located if you prefer to eat out. Fresh eggs are available from the farm as long as the girls are in a laying mood. Each room has its own mini split unit so you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs. Games, wifi, smart t.v.’s and ping pong are sure to keep you entertained.

Pool is open dawn to dusk and only for guests staying at the cottage and apartment. Not available to extra friends or family of guests.

Please unlock all 4 latches on hot tub prior to opening lid. Make sure to re-latch after use as we get strong wind gusts that blow the lid off.

Pool and hot tub are not for unaccompanied children at any time. There is no lifeguard and owners are not responsible for injury.
