"We stayed for one night and really appreciated the peacefulness of the property. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The location is amazing and we really loved drinking some coffee by the creek in the morning. There were lots of games, DVDs and other stuff to pass time together if we had been there longer. Highly recommend!"

"This guest house was the perfect place for our trip to Boulder for our daughter's wedding! Stephen was an amazing host and the place had all of the amenities and extra special touches. "Beautiful fall weekend in the mountains above Ft. Collins. The barn was very nice and we enjoyed staying there. Very relaxing with great views. The drive back and forth to Ft. Collins was longer than we thought it would be. The kids room was a bit small for our tall son but would be perfect for a younger child. Thanks for the memorable weekend!"

"For the cost, the cabin was horrible. Extremely small. The bathroom was smaller than an inside cabin bathroom on a cruise ship. No decor in cabin. No where to store clothes. No dresser and 3 hangers. No service for clean towels, more coffee etc. I would NEVER stay here again. There are so many places, choose somewhere else."

"We enjoyed our stay at the flats, especially the older home feel and being so close to downtown/old town Fort Collins! Our room was very nice and comfortable. The communication with the owners was excellent! The only down side was that some people were near our room - possible outdoors - for an hour or so, very late at night, making a lot of noise. We would still recommend this rental, as it was overall a great experience."
