"I experience a horrible experience this past time i stayed @ ESTELAR SUITE JONES in BOGOTA, due to that they oversold my 1st out of 2 nights reservation to someone else., i was then moved to one out of four ESTELAR line hotels in Bogota, wich i was pleased with at that time with the new move with the chaotic lost of time first night stay., in the 2nd day/night of my stay @ ESTELAR CALLE 100 HOTEL i was told i could not stayed @ the relocated hotel wich was @ ESTELAR CALLE 100 due to that they were oversold that day/night of march 18., so i had no choise then to go back to original reserved hotel @ ESTELAR CALLE 100 HOTEL, so i had another second day of more lost time in gathering and packing all my personal belongings to go back to ESTELAR SUITE JONES HOTEL 🏨 "

"I would advise against solo female travellers staying there. This part of Chapinero isn’t the best and the hotel didn’t feel safe. The staff weren’t the best. The wifi barely works. No soap in the shower. I left for two days to travel elsewhere and my room had not been made up in those two days. "

"Very well located on a good walkable neighborhood. Staff was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The view from my window was the beautiful garden."
