Mr. Pascal and the entire front desk staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. I arrived at midnight and two of the staff stayed late, waited until I arrived and helped carry my luggage to my room. Nothing was too much trouble.

A day In Lourdes

The hotel was in the center of all the activities. Older but somewhat maintained. The reception was good. We were sold the breakfast for the next day. Let’s just say it was very sparse. Many tours were there, on eating cereal or croissants. They’re no forks on any tables, just spoons and knives. When we were checking out and I spoke about the breakfast, I was told you needed to ask the staff for something else. I didn’t understand why no one asked for anything different, only what was presented. What was presented was minimal.
