Fabulous

This hotel is perfect location to allow you to walk to all Lourdes has to offer. It’s clean, comfortable, and you are made to feel so welcome. This is not a 5 star luxury all singing, dancing hotel, it’s like home!

Good location central to town, breakfast quite limited an you will be charged for coffee when paying for buffet...very cheap and forced to pay cash, treated like an inconvenience as a customer and forced show up for breakfast at convenient time of staff and pay for what you dont want, pillows are only foam cushions really without cases

Comfortable and friendly hotel, good location.

The hotel had character and was very welcoming. It is in an excellent location to explore the old town and have access to the Sanctuary. Pascal was a very good host providing information about the events in the Sanctuary, as well as good restaurants and other places of interest in the locality. Our stay was restful, educational, easy going and enjoyable. It was my ninth visit to Lourdes since the age of 11 but I experienced the town in a new way this time. It was humbling to stay so close to the Cachot where the Soubirous family lived at the time of the apparitions.

J'aurais aimé un petit déjeuner plus varié des fruits des vienoiseries pas juste un croissant et un morceau de pain et pouvoir reprendre du lait au chocolat et du café au lait pour mon ami des oeufs aussi et un peu plus de choix sur les yaourts ou les fromages quitte à payer 10 euros le petit déjeuner sinon dans l'ensemble cela a été à part que nous avons été réveillés la nuit car un client de l'hôtel qui ne parvenait pas à ouvrir sa porte a tenté d'ouvrir la nôtre au lieu d'appeler la réception directement

Good place to stay if visiting Lourdes.

This is a good place to spend the night when visiting Lourdes. It is within walking distance to the Sanctuary, and next to the chateau and the tourist information centre. There are plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour close by. The room was okay for the price, and the staff was courteous and friendly.

Great hotel Lourdes

Great hotel directly next to the castle and within easy walking distance to the Grotto, restaurants and bars. A good value basic traditional​ french breakfast and very good service. Would stay there again. Helios

J'étais venu pour un mariage, je suis resté trois jours à l'hôtel Régence. J'ai été très agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'accueil. Il s'agit d'un hôtel très bien placé au centre ville dans un quartier très calme. Les restaurants qui m'ont été recommandés étaient excellent. Ce n'est pas du très grand confort mais tout est propre et il ne manque rien pour être à l'aise. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. J'y retournerai.

Nice friendly hotel close to Sanctuary

I stayed here for three nights and it was just what I needed. Pascal was friendly, made me feel comfortable and at home, helpful and he spoke English well. I stayed in a single room which included a single bed, a small table and chair, a closet and bathroom with shower toilet and sink. It was a little tight but since I was out all the time it was really all I needed and the price was right. I ate breakfast and supper at the hotel which Pascal made for an additional fee and enjoyed all his meals. The front sitting area is cosy and comfortable. I appreciated that it was a short walking to the sanctuary. I would come here again.

A Pleasant Stay

A great and quaint little hotel well located for all the sites in Lourdes. Nothing was too much trouble for the proprietor. Breakfast was fine.
