Very nice place to stay

We were visiting Lourdes for the first time, for 2 days. We arrived late and were given very clear "late check in" instructions by email. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay very much. Front desk staff were very helpful in answering our questions. Very close to the Lourdes Sanctuary, a 5 - 10 minutes walk.

The hotel was advertised as a 4 star and I would have rated it a 2.5. The Queen bed was actually two twins that separated and not good mattresses. I would not stay there again or recommend.

Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us.

Excelente ubicacion, excelente limpieza del lugar, solo que el bano esta muy muy pequeño y si tuvimos un poco de dificultad con el idioma ya que nosotros no hablamos francês y ellos no hablaban ingles , pero el chico de recepcion a pesar de la barreira del idioma fue sumamente servicial y de gran ayuda!

Perfect place to stay.

Very close to the sanctuaries,and shops and cafes close by, so excellent location. Clean and well furnished, good facilities. Very helpful staff. Breakfast provided if required. I would be happy to stay here again.

Very basic hotel. This is in no way a four star hotel, more like 2 stars, but it fit our needs. Very close to the sanctuary, about a 7 minute walk. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. When asked about parking she said there is no free parking anywhere in Lourdes. Turns out there are a couple of free parking lots about a 10 minute walk from hotel.

Mi experiencia ha sido horrible, excepto la atención por parte del recepcionista encantador, un chico italiano que fue muy amable, y el sitio estaba limpio eso sí, pero desgastado, parecía mejor en las fotos, además la habitación era muy pequeña para 4 personas, daba aún patio de luces horroroso aunque estaba medio vacío el hotel, el sofá cama era como dormir en una cama de agua destrozada, y no pegamos ojo porque se oía roncar a otro señor en alguna parte, los ruidos del ascensor, las cañerías, etc…. vamos! Fatalmente insonorizado, lo lamento pero fue una experiencia muy desagradable.

Didn’t feel like a 4* hotel, not the most cleanest. Came across multiple bugs including cockroaches!!! Sofa bed was not very clean. Pros - very near the Lourdes Sanctuary, good shower, friendly staff Cons - bugs, could be cleaner, single beds put together (double would have been better), ££ for clean sheets

It is just 5 mins walk to Our Lady of Lourdes, which was the main reason why chose this place. The hotel was surprisingly very nice and perfect for family of 5 with a view to boot.
