Quick visit to Lourdes

My husband and I spent one night in Lourdes at Liubov’s lovely apartment. Check in was so easy and we were thankful because we arrived very late at night and were so tired. Her apartment looks just like the pictures and was so clean and well maintained. The balcony is so pretty and it is on a quiet pretty little street, very close to the Lourdes sanctuary. We look forward to staying here again someday :) highly recommend for all travelers in need of a place that feels like a home away from home.

Unfortunately, our stay was marked by several very disappointing issues. The property was listed as having two bedrooms, but there was only one on site. We had clearly indicated that we were three adults, yet only two sleeping arrangements were prepared — and none of the duvets had any covers. Even worse, we found suspicious stains on the sheets that appeared to be feces — completely unacceptable for accommodation advertised as “luxury.” Overall comfort was lacking: there were no shutters on the windows, so streetlights shone into the room all night, making it difficult to sleep. The curtains were poorly fixed (one even fell down during our stay), the living room chairs were damaged, the fridge was unplugged when we arrived despite the heat, and there was only one roll of toilet paper for three people over three days.
