"The best thing about the apartment was the location being right by the train station, and we got the room on the first floor. However, the trash was full and extremely smelly when we arrived there were no trash bags for us to place in the trashcan and we ran out of toilet paper. The check out instructions, state cleaning expectations yet there was nothing in the apartment to clean with. Communicating with the with the property manager was extremely difficult, because he did not speak English."

"I had serious difficulties getting responses from the property management team. It sometimes took intervention from the Tourism Office. There were no directions on how to use equipment (e.g., access WiFi, stovetop & microwave). The skylight in the bedroom leaked."
