The 128 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.

Comfortable location but villa needs an upgrade

The location of this villa is good, with only a 10min walk to the beach/ Praça restaurants and a 15min walk to reception area. Sea view from the villa, over the golf course is lovely. But this villa could really do with an upgrade; swimmingpool tiles are falling off, 2nd bathroom smells (probably the pipes?) and is not clean (needs a thorough steam cleaner session!). And the interior (especially bedrooms) could use an update.
