The 197 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional WC, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, fan, heating, washing machine, and dryer. 3 high chairs and 3 cots are also available for an extra fee.



    The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool (can be heated for an extra fee), open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. The property is close to the beach, sports field, golf and mini-golf courses, tennis center, water sports facilities, equestrian center, bike rental shop, kids’ club, restaurants, bars, and music venues.



    Free street parking is available. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Babysitting service is available. Beach/pool towels are provided for an extra fee. The property offers homemade/homegrown products. De badkamer boven was niet helemaal schoon maar de rest van het huis wel mits je niet je vinger over randjes of bovenste plankjes haalt. Helaas waren de matrassen boven heel erg hard. Beneden waren ze wat zachter dus we hebben we twee matrassen van beneden omgewisseld met boven. Onze twee zonen hadden maar een matras per persoon beneden nodig. De airco boven op de slaapkamer en beneden in de woonkamer zijn oud en maken veel lawaai. Beneden in de slaapkamers zijn ze nieuw en werken zeer goed. Ik blijf het altijd jammer vinden als er niet een koffie zet apparaat staat van een nespresso of zo. Nu was het filterkoffie, niet helemaal meer van deze tijd. Overigens zijn veel apparaten oud maar werken nog wel. Behalve de combi wasmachine/droger is nieuw. Wat wel tegen valt is dat er echt helemaal niets in huis is dus je moet alles kopen. Van zoutvaatje tot olijfolie tot filterkoffie tot kruiden. Buiten was alles top, mooi groot zwembad, prima BBQ en het meubilair is ook netjes. Wel een lekkere 6 dagen gehad.
