Recently refurbished ground floor townhouse with 2 bedrooms and swimming pool, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Vilamoura and within walking distance of the marina. With about 120 m2, ALEGRIA 29 which means HAPPINESS has 2 terraces where guests can relax and even have their meals or their favorite drinks as it has outdoor furniture. For those who like serenity and love to relax during their holidays, ALEGRIA 29 will undoubtedly be the best option.Decorated with refinement, our property is located on the ground floor of an exclusive condominium with outdoor swimming pool and within walking distance of Vilamoura marina, beaches, and shopping areas. 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and terrace (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds). Bathroom with Italian shower and fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 6 people, as the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. Small but very functional and fully equipped kitchen. Espresso coffee machine (Nespresso), washing machine and dishwasher. Ceramic hob and microwave, 53' TV and WIFI are some of the facilities.Guests will have exclusive access to the townhouse and common areas of the condominium where the swimming pool is located. The property has 2 sun loungers. Free parking in front of the condo.Falesia Beach is 4kms awayVilamoura Marina at 800 metersLaguna Golf Course 1.5 km awayLocated just 10 minutes from the Vilamoura marina and with easy access to the neighborhood. The development is made up of only 4 single-storey construction. Restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The area is very quiet as the condominium was built in the villa area of Vilamoura.
