This property was the biggest disappointed from the minute we arrived until we left. Check-in instructions were not clear. It took us over one hour to figure out how to get in to the house. The lock box was located at the front door however the key did not open the front door. You had to access the back of the property by an alley way. The key to the front door we found a day later as it was on the second floor of the property in a random door. It advertises parking however there were no instructions as to where to park. We got a ticket for parking on the street. Each day we had to jockey for parking. The unit appeared to be clean however the curtains were filthy and the couch in the living area was disgusting. It was covered with a blanket. The pictures give the idea that there is only one set of steps when there are four. The air conditioning did not work on the top floor which housed one bedroom and bathroom. The temperature was over 80 degrees. Hot air rises so it was very hot. We had to keep the window open to get air which presented another problem as there was an Irish Pub about 50 feet across the way that played live music until 2am and was open unitl 4am. It was so loud you could not sleep. The back yard was disgusting. There was a grill which was falling apart and dirty. The lawn in the front and back was not cared for. They advertise a pool but we could not seem to find it. We called Customer Service every day with no luck or assistance.
