The holiday home 'Casa da Cidade de Loulé' in Loulé stands out for its central location and its spacious, bright layout. The property, spread over three floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to seven people. You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace on the top floor, two televisions, ceiling and standing fans, as well as some furniture for a small child. There are also two solar panels for water heating.



You can enjoy a private outdoor area with an open terrace and balconies with clotheslines. Loulé-Quarteira Train Station is 4 km from the property. The city offers charging stations for electric vehicles. There are recycling rules at the property, with further information available on site. Parking is free in the urban residential area.



Late check-in after 20:00 is subject to an additional fee per hour. Groups of young people under 25 years are not accepted. Pets are allowed but must remain on the ground floor of the house. Smoking is not permitted indoors and noise is prohibited by law after 22:00. The ground floor living room has two large sofas that cannot be used as beds or as a sleeping room.



Transport to and from the airport or train station is available on request and for an extra fee. Babysitting service is also available on request and for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not available. Due to the high staircase, the property is not suitable for small children.



A security deposit is required, paid by bank transfer, which will be refunded if no damage is caused to the property.
