Villa Zanzibar is a beautiful 6-bedroom villa with a heatable private pool, located in a rural area, just 5 minutes by car from Olhos D'Água, Albufeira. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, this property offers all the amenities for a perfect vacation.



On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms: 3 with double beds (one with a private bathroom) and 1 room with three single beds, plus an additional bathroom. The spacious living room with TV leads to a veranda with stunning countryside views.



The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with bunk beds and a single bed, along with a shower bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a large dining table and a snooker table.



The exterior is perfect for relaxation with the pool (heatable as an extra), table tennis, foosball, and barbecue. Comfortable furniture under the fig trees allows you to rest while enjoying the tranquility of the garden.



Ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway, but close to all amenities and beautiful beaches.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



There are some restrictions for group bookings.

A booking, insurance, and archiving handling fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 14 people.

From the 15th to the 18th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

Short stay in the Algarve

We had a fantastic time here for a short stay with a group of friends/colleagues. The property was great and we were well taken care of on arrival. Taxis are plentiful and cheap, easy access to Albufeira, Vilamoura and other local towns. Thoroughly recommend. Great coffee shop next door too!

Perfect villa for a family holiday

In our group, we were a total of 12 people, from 2 to 70 years old. The house, with a total of 4 bathrooms, worked excellently as a holiday base for us. A short distance to a grocery store, restaurants and a small center made the stay easy.

Villa Zanzibar

Although we had a good stay at the villa, it is very isolated from the nearest shops, bars restaurants etc. thank god for the Trevelers Cafe at the end of the lane. I think the kitchen could do with upgrading and the table tennis table has warped with the heat. Unfortunately we were swamped with Ants during our stay. Not sure what can be done about this! The pool was a great size and thoroughly enjoyed by all ages. We used Ubers to get us to and from olhos d agua and Albufeira which are both beautiful places. Also it would have been welcomed if some basic essential were complimentary such as water, milk, tea coffe and biscuits on arrival as we had an early flight and had to wait 4 hours before being able to check in.

Zanzibar holiday

Overall very good, just lack of communication with the representatives for the Villa. We asked several times to confirm a late check-out and nobody called us back or confirmed although promised they would. We were also told they would help us work out the washing machine but did not get back to us. The day before we all had to leave we were told ( when I made a call) that we had to leave by 10, there were 8 of us left at the villa at that point all with different flight times so it would have been useful to know what was happening. The cleaners were waiting outside at 9.50 which made it quite stressful at the end of our stay.
