The people of Check in were very friendly and helpful. The house is very large and the facilities were good. The mattress of some beds. And we couldn’t use the bicycles.

Recent visit -

Large garden with tennis court, volley ball, table tennis and pool Various board games available. Great property for wide range all ages. We had an issue with electric but this was dealt with in 15 minutes by the booking agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family groups, Entrance patio leading to property could be improved with additional lighting.

Lots of good points, but cleanliness was not great. Although quick to reply, when told about a leaking pipe we were asked if we wanted it fixed or not, which I found an odd response.

Memories for ever

We were a family group of 13 people, Age group from 11 year old to 82 year old. Location of property was excellent and with pool, tennis court, volleyball and table tennis at the property everyone was catered for. A well equipped kitchen, laundry room and various dining options. Any on site queries we had were dealt quickly and in a courteous manner. Spacious bedrooms and adequate bathrooms I would recommend this property to a similar group of travellers. Sensor lights would be a great addition inside the entrance pathway as we had to use flashlights on our phones when we returned to the property at night. There were a number of loose paving blocks at the entrance. BBQ could have being bigger. No inside door leading front the garage to the ground floor accommodation

Mooie villa voor de hele familie

Een fantastisch huis in een rustige omgeving op 1,5 km (loopafstand) van het strand. Een heerlijk zwembad bij het huis, tennisbaan, tafeltennis waar de kinderen veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het terrein is groot genoeg om je af en toe ook te kunnen terug trekken als je met 12 personen bent. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Det fanns allt och lite till i huset. Vi uppskattade att vi inte behövde åka iväg för att hitta på saker eftersom det fanns så mycket att göra. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus

Good property once , now needs an update , electrical supply is not big enough for that many rooms power tripping out constantly. fan not working on oven, not enough hot water . gate to property locked when we arrived waited 30 mins , in the end forced the gate open and then turned them off at the managers request, they did not work for the rest of our stay.

Great property for groups

We had a wonderful stay here with 10 family members aged 4 months to 64 years. So many activities without leaving the property. Spacious house with room for everyone to eat and play, either together or in separate groups. Lovely pool. Beach a short shady walk away for those who needed it. Already planning our next visit.

Fantastic villa for big family

We stayed here two years ago and there have been welcome Improvements ie beach towels provided and hair dryer! The villa offers Something for all the family (6 adults and 4 children) . Tennis court was well used. Grandson loved the soccer net. Granddaughters enjoyed badminton net and table tennis. Big shady garden and Great swimming pool with lots of inflatables Great location. Peaceful and easy walk through pine trees to the beach. Yet only 5 minutes to big supermarkets, and 1O minutes to lively resorts and golf courses eg Acqualand Vilamoura and Val de Lobo. Much better values than Quinta da Lobo. Want to keep it a secret! Excellent and prompt service from Check-In Portugal. We’ll definitely come again Grown up kids found the a couple of the double beds a bit small and uncomfortable as they are used to king sized divans but happy to put up with that as the villa offers so much (see above)

Schönes Objekt für grosse Familien

Das Haus ist grosszügig konzipiert und ideal für grosse Familien mit Kindern. Umschwung mit Pool sehr schön. In 20 Minuten ist man an einem schönen Badestrand.

Espaço Fantástico, Problemas com os vizinhos

Experiência bastante positiva, a casa é enorme e mais que espaçosa para um grupo de 14 adultos. Espaço exterior óptimo para passar os dias (Campo de ténis, ping-pong, piscina e relvado). Certamente para repetir se houver oportunidade. Dois aspectos bastante negativos a salientar: 1) Não existem caixotes do lixo próximos da casa, o que obriga a uma deslocação a pé ou de carro com o lixo às costas. 2) Tivemos vizinhos a queixarem-se do barulho (música), achamos inadmissível para o tipo de casa que é. Aliás, foi feita uma reclamação à própria agência que nos proibiu de ter música após as 22:00h, sorte que foi apenas no último dia. Ainda, a agência "ameaçou" que nos retiraria dinheiro da caução (o que acredito ser ilegal). Para uma casa que é claramente para ir de férias com um grupo grande não faz sentido nenhum. N'est pas à zéro mètre de la plage Quartier agréable et silencieux

Impression très bonne cadre, agréable maison confortable. Un bémol : sur un séjour de 5 jours, sommes restés 2 jours sans eau chaude ! une compensation nous parait indispensable.

Fantastic property in a lovely quiet location - but within easy reach of local shops inc Lidl supermarket - easy 600m walk to lovely beach - another 600 meters and your in Quarteria. Quarteria has great beach front strip with an amazing sunset.- great bars and restaurants to suit all. Check in was easy and communication always swift. All bedrooms have aircon and comfy beds - wonderful pool and outside area - big kitchen and lounge rooms. We already want to book again!! many thanks to the management team who were excellent.

A beautiful house with very nice rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and livingareas and swimmingpool, tennisfield. Lovenly garden with beautiful palms and other plants and green gras with perfekt automatik water system. all cleaning was perfekt. The house has a very good location and few minuts to a supermarket Very easy to contact true Whats App. window in Hall/terrasse is brooken water tap broken in bathroom next to hall Dishwasher lower basket not ok The grill not ok missing furniture on evening terrasse Pool could use a make over Oven sometimes shut down the electricity

Villa mit allem, was das Herz begehrt

Wunderschöne Villa in sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand! Die Vermieter haben die Villa liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt (zum Beispiel warme Decken zum länger draußen sitzen). Nach drei Tagen wurden die Handtücher gewechselt und etwas durchgeputzt. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr nett und reibungslos. Eine Antwort erhielten wir in der Regel nach wenigen Minuten. Danke für die gute Zeit!

Just what we hoped for

Great to be given the opportunity to let the owners of this property know that we really appreciated them putting their home on the rental market. It was very important that we gave the house back as tidy as we got it so that they will continue to keep it in the rental market. You could tell that the owners took great care of this home and that every possible feature was geared around enjoying the whole experience of staying here. There were 14 of us - all women - aged between 30-60. We hired a small car as a back up and used MyTaxi for all our socializing. This house oozes calm and homeliness. Is walking distance to the beach. 2 mins drive to supermarket and 10 min drive to everything else. We spent most of our time in the property, playing tennis, table tennis, (equipment supplied), swimming (gorgeous pool - unheated). We will be back. A big thank you to the owners.
