"The has no coffee or tea in the room. There aren’t enough plugs in the room. Stuffed were excellent. The breakfast was one the best I had in my trip."

"This is a good base hotel for getting about the area. You need a car or uber though to get to places. Food in the hotel is excellent, plentiful portions and very tasty. Rooms are adequate, lighting in the bedroom area could be improved but beds are very comfortable."

"My husband and I spent a part of our honeymoon at Vale Do Lobo. We really enjoyed the accommodations. We had a private apartment with a pool, which was lovely. We enjoyed the on-site restaurants, golf, and the pool area. We even went to the beach one day. The accommodations were great! They provided us with espresso for the Nespresso machine. Gave us a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine. We had everything we could need at the apartment."

"Overall, the hotel is worthy of 4 stars. The staff were exceptional from the outset. We had a few minor issues but they were resolved quickly. We especially want to thank Bruno and Leonora. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We would definitely stay here again."

"After an issue checking in where our booking was lost Jose placed us in a fab Junior Suite with kitchenette, sofa and bed. All hyper clean with great view of the beach and harbour entrance. Breakfast was the best with great choice from cooked to fruit & yoghurt to pastries. Always love coming to stay and never let's us down. Always recommend Vilamoura and especially the Ampalius."
