Charming Apartment “Sail Away” on the Beach with Sea View & Balcony

The recently renovated apartment “Sail Away” is situated on the beach of Quarteira and is perfect for relaxing family or couple’s holidays. The 80 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans and cable/satellite television. The apartment has a private balcony with seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast, while you enjoy the direct view of the glistening sea in front of you. You can walk to supermarkets, cafés, a bakery and restaurants within 1-4 minutes, and the charming center of Quarteira is a 6-minute walk (500m) from the apartment. After only 20 m, you can be at the sandy beach and cool off in the ocean. Along the extensive coastline, you will find many more beautiful beach sections, reaching as far down as Faro. You can visit Faro’s charming centre, as well as the city’s international airport, in 30 minutes (23 km) by car or take the bus connection, which also takes about 30 minutes. Aquashow Water Park is 5 km from the apartment, and the lovely seaside town of Albufeira is also located a 30-minute drive (21 km) from Quarteira.

Excellent place to stay

We absolutely loved it there. Couple not find a better view. Very spacious. Only drawback is no elevator.

Nice apartment

Communication was great and we was allowed access from 9.30am, of which we were very grateful.Location was amazing and a lovely view across the beach. Our weather was particularly bad and the apartment was cold but lookerly we had some heaters.A few negatives:- four flights if steps was not great for my elderly mum. We normally hire a mobility scooter for her but there was nowhere that we could charge one so ended up having a wheelchair. Again, quite hard work carrying that up the stairs everyday. The beds were really hard and the electric kept tripping if you were using appliances together, ie. dishwasher and microwave or toaster at the same time.We did have a lovely time though and would go back again, just probably not with an elderly person.

Lovely appartment, wonderful location.

Pros: Accommodation was very clean with all the comfort of home, 10seconds away from beach. Lots of shops within a walking distance. Lovely balcony where you can sit and watch the boats sailing past while you have your breakfast/lunch

Good location, nice apartment

Great site across from the beach. Comfortable patio to sit and watch the waves. No on site parking, but lots of street parking. Comfortable cooling breeze, but doors were closed at night and no air conditioning. Very hard beds. Poor communication, going from emails, texts, and then Whats App.

Pros: Het balkon, de keuken, de slaapkamers, eigenlijk alles prima. Cons: De bedden zouden beter kunnen. De koelkast staat los en niet waterpas en zou even opnieuw geplaatst kunnen worden.

appartement vue sur mer

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce grand appartement avec vue sur mer et un balcon agréable et à proximité de tout. Les chambres coté nord-est étaient calmes. Un petit bémol pour la literie (matelas ressort) pas très confortable, c'est le seul inconvénient que nous ayons trouvé .
