"The Legacy House was perfect for our family to gather for our son’s graduation from MSU. It’s an approximately 30 minutes easy drive to campus. It was in a very peaceful lovely area of Louisville. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"We went to celebrate our daughters Veterinary School Graduation at MSU. We picked this property because it had all the bedrooms we needed to accommodate all seven of us. The house and property are lovely. All bedrooms were pretty large. Beds, linens were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets, extra towels, ect. no need to worry if you ran out because the laundry room was well equipped with detergent, iron, ironing board. The kitchen was huge with all the pots/pans you could need. We had a small get together with her classmates and there was plenty of room for all of us to sit around, eat. Game room with pool table was also great. The only downside was the distance to Starkville which was about half hour drive and since property is secluded at night it can get pretty dark if you're not used to it. Also the showers are a bit small if you're a very tall person. In all I would absolutely recommend this property. The owner was available with all question we had. Stephen thank you for hosting us and providing such a wonderfull home. "

"Mrs Cathy was a wonderful heart. She met us, introduced herself and treated us like family. The cottage was clean, and many beautiful rooms with history to enjoy. She provided us with treats, water, ice, and fruit. Exceptional host!"

"Property is dated. Owner has blocked off access to lobby and looks like he has made it his office. All transactions are done in the Air Lock between the outside and door and the door to lobby. It was clean and Owner was nice. I forgot my key and had to wake him up and he came to window with just a t-shirt and towel on - again very nice man but it could use a refresh"
