"This hotel was phenomenal. I really had no need to go outside of the hotel. I stayed here for a conference and being that everything was scheduled, having several food options to conveniently choose from was amazing. The only thing I was disappointed in was the Wi-Fi service. Overall, I will definitely star/pin this hotel as one of my favorites."

"Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location to downtown Louisville. Disconnect between Expedia listing of amenities and actual hotel offerings. Example, NO FREE PARKING, it's $22 per day, NO airport shuttle service. Hotel desk staff does not answer incoming phone calls. Calls are routed to a call service which was not helpful on specific concerns."

"Although we’re not gamblers and the hotel is in a large casino, it was a great location for us in Louisville. The rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds. Nice large tv and great shower. No microwave in room but there is one in the lobby for guests to use. Coffee is available in the lobby only until 1:00 pm. Very nice hotel."
