Really like how close the dining options were to the hotel. We were able to walk to several restaurants. The neighborhood was a little industrial looking, however, I did feel safe. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the Louisville area.

Great customer service! We stayed for a festival in Louisville. I went in and checked in early check-in, they confirmed the type of room I had booked and said nothing was available (completely understandable it was 9am) came back around 12:30am to check in to find out even after confirming room type they gave that room to someone else. The staff in the lobby was so helpful and booked us another room at no charge on top of just a double bed room. Would stay again!
