It was designed to entertain with the many areas to congregate and make lasting memories. Karaoke in the living room, several photo op walls, glam room, enjoy the hot tub, or chill in the pink bar room.



The Space:

This home has everything you need to celebrate a bridal shower, bachelorette hangout , birthday, wedding weekend and best of all honeymoon night!



The foyer and staircase are great for photos in your wedding gown with the stunning century old stained glass.



Pajama Party Room: This room boasts a tv, karaoke machine, games, fun backdrop wall for pics, egg chair and so much more!



Barbie Bar: The bar/dance floor has a disco bar, seating, blender, beverage cooler, dishwasher and more photo ops! ( also leads to outdoor space!)



Vintage Dining Room: The dining room is great for a small tea party or brunch with your girls before the wedding! Seating for 8.



Glam Room: The perfect spot to get ready with your bridesmaids for the big day or for a girls night on the town. The space has 6 vanity stations with great lighting and plenty of mirrors. Also includes a dressing area.



The Something New guest room: This room has 2 full beds ( all Purple or Nectar mattresses throughout the home) and a futon couch. This first room has full

length mirror and a fun neon theme.



The Something Old guest room: This room has 4 twin beds and is on the middle floor.



The Something Blue Guest room: The beautiful blue room offers a queen bed and is also on the middle floor.



The Honeymoon suite: Located on the 3rd floor is a 100% newly constructed King suite. The king bed, couch, TV, dressing area, soaking tub will be a magical wedding night stopping point.



Kitchen: Full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, popcorn machine, coffee bar, fully stocked with pots, pans, tableware, toaster, microwave, air fryer.



Outside you will find multiple areas to gather. The hot tub to relax in or the upper patio. Corn hole and other fun activities as well!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and yard.

This highly sought after block in the heart of the historic district in New Albany, is simply amazing. You’ll fall in love ,not only with this amazing home, but the others around it as well. It is located just a few blocks walk from restaurants and night life in the town square of New Albany. Take an Uber to the Casino boat or a short trip to downtown Louisville.



Getting Around:

There is plenty of on street parking at the home. Short Uber rides or walkable to the entertainment district.

- The home is equipped with essential electronics that support operations. Please do not unplug any connected devices.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or loss and should report them immediately so we can resolve matters quickly.

- No parties or events.

- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

- Please keep noise and activity neighbor-friendly at all times.

- Visitors are welcome only with prior notice and host approval.



Health & Cleanliness

- No smoking inside the home or on the property.

- Pets are not permitted. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges to cover professional cleaning.



Check-In & Check-Out

- Early check-in: We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. Same-day requests depend on our cleaning schedule. To guarantee early check-in, booking the prior night (if available) is recommended.

- Late check-out: Requests must be made by the day before departure and may be accommodated until 12:00 PM when available. To guarantee a late check-out, booking the following night is recommended. Unapproved late check-outs may incur additional charges, and departures at 12:00 PM or later may be considered an extra night’s stay.



Additional Policies

- Luggage drop may be available with prior host approval.

- Third-party bookings are not permitted. Guests must book for themselves.

- Forgot something? We can mail items back upon request for a handling and shipping fee.

- Cancellation: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made within 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.

- EXTERIOR security cameras are installed outside. Cameras are on and recording 24/7 to help ensure the safety of guests and the property.
