The staff were so helpful. The property was very well maintained. It was walkable to Slugger Museum . Loved it had a kitchen. The breakfast was great as well. Would recommend staying here.

Very poor WIFI connection. We had to use LTE. Otherwise great hotel.

Great stay

The Omni was absolutely incredible - super luxurious feel to everything and the library and speakeasy bars were amazing. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The fall city market has everything you could need. The only downside is that we had planned to spend the afternoon at the pool bar, however it was closed all afternoon and evening for a private event - it would have been nice to know when making our booking to avoid the disappointment when we got there. Only there for one night breakfast included, Very nice place to stay big rooms with kitchenette , would recommend staying here, was close to airport so a little noisy at times but did stop late a night

I enjoyed my stay at the Grady. It’s such a beautiful boutique hotel and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Checking into the hotel was easy and the process was seamless. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I had no issues with the heater in the room as I visited in the month February which was during winter. There is a restaurant downstairs and also nearby restaurants / cafes. I would highly recommend The Grady and I will definitely be returning...

Valet parking is in front of another hotel on the corner and this is a little confusing. Check in is at the front bar of the Moxy and on check in we had 2 rooms booked one for my wife and I and the other in the name of of travel companion. After check in I noticed my card had been debited for both rooms and In the morning I notified reception who advised when our friend came down they would reconcile the mix up. When she spoke to reception they said they had fixed the mistake. Still this has not...
