Come soak your tired feet after a long day at the track. This home can sleep 8 and is close to everything. Located in St. Matthews with walking distance to boutiques, restaurants, gourmet and natural food groceries, bars and nightclubs. Recently remodeled with high end touches such as a gourmet kitchen with island/beverage center, master bedroom/bathroom suite (w/bidet and double shower), private backyard with hot tub. Close to Seneca park, Frankfort Avenue, and I-64. You’ll love this cozy cottage and all it s amenities--it s the perfect home for bourbon themed or wedding weekends.

Very comfortable spaces with 3 living rooms, private master suite/office/bath, chefs designer kitchen with island, bar stools, beverage center, slide out microwave, granite counters, stainless appliances.

Two night concert stay

We came down for the Louder than Life concert. This property was exactly what we were looking for. It wasn’t any more expensive than getting two hotel rooms. The concert was a short Uber ride for $20-$25. Food options were close, we had pizza deliver and were able to walk to breakfast and lunch. The house was exactly what the pictures showed and the home owners were great to work with.

Charming house, fun city

We had a great time staying in this house in Louisville! It was a perfect fit for our group that included two couples. Plenty of privacy having the bedrooms and bathrooms split between levels. We made use of the hot tub every night and found the kitchen well appointed. The neighborhood was lovely and was just a short drive from restaurants and activities. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
