Lovely and welcome building. First floor is businesses of hair salons, tattoo parlors, smoothie shop, and etc! The apartment has Open concept, large island in the kitchen! Balcony facing the the bridge to Louisville Kentucky. 2 large bedroom w 2 large bathrooms connected to the bedrooms! There’s a welcoming clubhouse and rooftop lounge on the 4th floor! Welcome to the Bolt+Tie building and welcome to your stay!

Great place
We came for a music festival at the Big Four Station Park. The apartment was a 2 minute drive from the festival. It was bright, clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 couples. Serena was very responsive to every communication. Do check in before 6 as the building is locked.

Ideal condo for the bourbon trail!!!
The property has a convenient location right across the river from downtown Louisville. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished but not well suited for cooking meals if you need that. There were coffee pods for brewing coffee. Getting the key was a challenge as there were no instructions given to find the keybox once youre in the building. I had to call the owner but she responds very quickly. There is a gameroom with pool table and foos ball on the 4th floor. Also a rooftop terrace with table and chairs. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.
