Perfect Nook in the Heart of Downtown

This apartment was great for our visit to Louisville! The onsite parking made it so convenient and location was in walking distance of most places we wanted to go. Apartment was spotless clean and accurate to the listing.

We loved our time at Tyler's place. The location allowed us to walk to dinner and entertainment easily! Space was as described and Tyler was easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again if nack in Louisville!

Great Location

Was in Louisville for 1st time checking out a few bourbon establishments.Drove to Buffalo Trace 1st day and after that checked in at our awesome place in downtown.Walking distance to every place we wanted to visit. We didn't use pool,hot tub,workout room or golf simulator,,to much sampling!Definitely will be back.

The apartment appeared as pictured. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. The mattress was a bit soft for my taste. When that's the biggest complaint you know it's a good room

Perfect stay

The apartment was wonderful. It was well equipped and very comfortable. It was in a quiet part of town but so close to everything we wanted to see. We walked to nearly all we wanted to do. Tyler was beyond wonderful and went out of his way to accommodate our every need..Thank you Tyler!! Will definitely stay here again when in town. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful property!

I came to town for a 3 day conference with my husband . Tyler’s place far exceeded staying in a hotel. Super clean, great amenities, and Tyler was easy to get a hold of and always helpful. Everything was within walking distance which was important to me. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenient and Comfortable

Only stayed for one night, but slept better than I have in months. Apartment is exactly as pictured. Why I gave it 5 stars: clean, spacious, safe, convenient to walk to many venues and restaurants in downtown Louisville, free parking is a plus and a comfortable, soft King bed. Property was just as it appeared in the photos. Tyler was very responsive and check-in info while long, was clear. He even offered to help with my bags! Made restaurant recommendations upon request. Great location and once you parked, the apartment was very handy to the parking spot.

Absolutely Perfect!

I stayed here while attending a convention at the center downtown. Tyler was attentive to questions, and provided great recommendations for local food. The apartment had a little balcony, a coffee bar, and was nicely decorated. The washer and dryer - right in the very large closet between the bedroom and bathroom was a real gift. IT was also quiet for sleeping at night. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe too. The complex amenities were nice, including a good sized workout facility and pool with hammocks. I wish the PGA simulator had been working right, but geez - the fact there is one is a bonus, so no complaints there. One tip - do not rent a very large vehicle, as the parking garage has a lot of tight turns. All in all it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it if you are planning to stay in Louisville.

The pictures and description of the Apartment were spot on!!! We enjoyed our stay and liked that parking was included.
