"Property was very safe. Our room very clean. Our bed was comfortable, but could be better. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Breakfast staff they need some help. They need to adjust their attitude. Stay off their phones. Keep all the items full and ready."

"Hotel was beautiful, much more upscale than we expected. The room was spacious ( we had luxury king sized room) with really theme appropriate decor. Would recommend & plan to return in the future if every in the Louisville area."

"Parking was not sufficient for the amount of guests. We, along with countless other guests, had to park in the neighboring hotel lots and walk over. First hotel I've heard of with only one entrance, at least that is what I was told at check in. Staff was nice, room was clean and nice, breakfast was...well, it was there and we appreciate what it did have."

"Our room was comfortable. The only thing to me that lacked was that the TV was too small. It had a nice shower and comfortable bed. I did love the historic atmosphere of the hotel—almost like stepping back in time! It was also convenient to several nice restaurants. Great breakfast we had at the cafe! The check-in, restaurant, and valet staff were very helpful and courteous!"
