Incredible and thoughtful renovation in this beautiful building that was a grocery store a hundred years ago. The Outdoor Courtyard is a shared space with other units in the building, but offers ample entertainment options like a putting green, grill, and sitting area!

The Space:
Unique and attractive space offers that city vibe that you're looking for when visiting Louisville! This historic building underwent a thoughtful renovation to bring it back to life. 3 bedrooms - 3 full baths - and four spacious beds ensures there's plenty of room for your group. Thoughtfully appointed, yet free of clutter! Incredible entertaining space with garage door out to the street! There's no unit quite like this one!

Parking - parking is on street only, but it's free and you shouldn't have a problem finding a place close to the building.

We came down to experience some of the bourbon trail and the rental made for a perfect home base for us! Location is great with a lot of great options around and close enough to get on the highway for our explorations. Would highly recommend this rental!
