The Space:
Crisp and classic with charming curb appeal, this inviting three-bedroom bungalow is tucked into a quaint Jeffersonville neighborhood close to the Ohio River. Providing plenty of privacy and peace while still keeping you close to all the local attractions, only 10 minutes from Churchill Downs— home of the world-famous Kentucky Derby!— and exciting downtown Louisville, Kentucky.
You can access this home from the welcoming front porch, or from the rear driveway that leads up to the convenient two-car garage. The main level is an open, sunny, and spacious great room, with a living area towards the front. Here, you'll find a comfy leather sofa and plush armchair facing the large HDTV and creating the ideal spot for a family movie night or a Netflix binge with a big bowl of popcorn.
Wide wood plank floors lead into the formal dining room with seating for six and the spacious, open kitchen. In this pristine space, bright white cabinets are double-stacked to the ceiling and surround the suite of premier appliances, which include a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. The chic center island has a quartz waterfall edge and bar stool seating for three.
From the kitchen, you can easily access a powder room, a laundry nook with a full-size washer and dryer, a coat closet, and the garage.
Climb the cozy carpeted steps up to the second level, where the three bedrooms are located. The first bedroom is the serene primary bedroom suite, with a luxe king-size bed, huge HDTV, beautiful tray ceiling, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a spa-like step-in shower.
The second guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the third guest bedroom features a full-size bed. Another full-bathroom with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Indiana Law.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival. An accurate guest count must be provided A phone call is required prior to your arrival to discuss the access and walkways around the home Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside. No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry). If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle. The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Parking: Driveway access: The driveway cannot be accessed from East Market Street. There is a side road behind the home which can be accessed by Watt St or Walnut St. Please use this road to access the driveway behind the home. Please refrain from utilizing the driveway on East Market Street as it belongs to the neighbor.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Pest Control:
Please note we have rigorous pest control on all of our properties. Due to the beautiful tropical climate Florida has, it sometimes brings bugs. To find some is not uncommon and is something every south Florida home deals with. If you see a large amount any of our native “friends”, please take a picture or give us a call
Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

This was place was perfect. Clean, comfortable, everything you need. The location was wonderful. So many places to eat and walk. We stayed here for the Boubon trail. Close to the airport.
The house was exactly as advertised. Great location with easy walks to restaurants, pubs & coffee shop. Very comfortable beds and all around clean & modern house that had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

This house served as our home base while we explored the Louisville area. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Jeffersonville also offered shops and museums that we had not expected, so this location was perfect.

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The home is new and beautiful, with nice finishes, perfectly clean, comfortable beds and good appliances. We loved the location- walkable to the river, including trail and pedestrian bridge, walkable to shops and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes into downtown Louisville.
We really enjoyed our stay at this updated and clean property just outside Louisville. The location was great, a quiet neighborhood but also an easy walking distance to a variety of places to eat, to grab coffee, etc. Very nice house and felt safe with garage to park attached to the house. Visited distilleries and restaurants in Lousville as well - just a short drive to downtown from this property. Property just as pictured with all amenities we needed for a great weekend!
Nice property. Only had one issue with smoke alarms going off and even after batteries were changed. Management was responsive. Would consider staying in house again.
The location was exceptionally convenient, situated in close proximity to restaurants, a coffee shop, the river, and a pedestrian bridge. The accommodations were meticulously clean and well-equipped with kitchen supplies, although a Keurig coffee maker was notably absent.
W stayed at this home for the Ironman Louisville 70.3 race and the location was great, easy and quick to get across the river. It’s also walking distance to a couple of cute restaurants on the river and they had a Friday summer concert that was great. The house has clearly been completely renovated - it is beautiful, we felt safe and there was plenty of garage and driveway parking. Thanks for a great communication in advance and during our stay.
At the time of our stay, you could tell this was a newly renovated house and that a lot of thought was put into the space and furnishings and how people might stay there and be comfortable. Our group likes to make basic meals together and the house had everything we needed to do that. The beds were comfortable and allowed for privacy. If you have many people getting ready, the house has a large hot water heater. The neighborhood and inside the house were very quiet despite the house being on what could be considered a main road. It is within walking distance/short drive to shops and restaurants. Timely communication from the owner. We would consider renting this property again when we come back to the Louisville area.
This house provided a great stay for our family over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend! The house is walkable to all the retail and restaurants Jeffersonville has to offer! And, it was a decent but manageable walk (1.5 miles) over the pedestrian bridge to participate in the Turkey Trot in downtown Louisville across the river.
The management company was extremely responsive, thorough, and helpful when we communicated, which was much appreciated!
The house is beautifully decorated, gets lots of natural light, and is well equipped. The long driveway and large garage was a nice bonus! The Master is huge but the other bedrooms are a bit smaller, more a nursery size, but still enough for the full and queen beds with side tables and a TV mounted in each room, but not a lot of extra room for large suitcases.
Our only complaint/suggestion would be that the coffee maker is only a small 4 cup maker so plan ahead to bring your own if you need more coffee like we did!
We are hoping to be able to rent this house same place, same time next year! Highly recommend!
This home is lovely. It was perfect for my daughter and I while our floors were being redone. The location is perfect, and the weather was horrible so having the garage was an amazing bonus! The master bedroom’s bed is so comfortable. The closet is HUGE and there are plenty of hangers! Looking forward to recommending this home to anyone coming for a visit.
