The staff was the best part of the stay to me. Everyone was so friendly. The hotel was in a great and convenient area for us. It would’ve been nice if there was a direct connect from the parking garage to the hotel but that doesn’t even begin to overshadow the 5 stars in everything else from the breakfast to the staff. I will definitely book with them when I visit Houston.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The downstairs common areas and rooms were updated which I loved. The complimentary water downstairs and in the room was a plus with the heat outside. Convenient location near area restaurants and shopping. Would definitely return!

The room was clean. Bed and pillows comfy. One elevator was broken so that was very inconvenient. Food was pricey and our dinner was cold. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay again but please fix the elevator!
