Riverfront Vacation Home has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms located on one full acre on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Back yard features private stone beach on the Mohican River, perfect for launching/landing of your own canoes, kayaks, or tubes. Easy access to the water allows for fishing, swimming, or river sitting while watching others play in the water. We are located just 2 miles downriver from Mohican Adventures and 3 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park.

Our top choice when staying near Loudonville

We've stayed at this property multiple times as we travel to this area a few times a year. There is a reason we keep coming back! The property is nice, clean, and in a perfect location. We love having the Mohican River right in the back yard.

Memorial Day holiday in Mohican area

Your rental home, has been completely remodeled and updated very tastefully ! Our family consisted of 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 4.5 month old, and 1 dog. She especially loved your yard and chasing birds. We had plenty of room. We prepared all our meals at the house. Loved having a dishwasher. Our group's only negative was matress on the sofa sleeper. Please get that relaced. My 2 nephews found it very uncomfortable. I personally would remove the love seat and add a very sturdy futon, that could also be used as sleeping space. Would I recommend and or return to this rental? Absolutely!! The house is beautiful and located on the Mohican river. Very close to the Mohican state Park and other outdoor activities. Thank you, A. The house was just beautiful and very clean. The view of river was great and we enjoyed the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to cook. We would definitely consider another stay. Fall was beautiful, but it would also be really fun in the summer.

This is a cute place right on the river. Very clean, great location, kitchen was well stocked with nice plates and pans. Beds were comfortable. We loved the covered back porch overlooking the river. Very relaxing place!
