Detached house. Carefully decorated, secluded among the hills, with lovely countryside views. Very quiet location. Former farmhouse with outbuildings. Ground floor is partially accessible to people with disabilities (access to the living room from the kitchen is via the exterior ramp for people with reduced mobility; a few steps separate the two rooms from the inside). Ground floor: - Equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), dining area (fireplace/wood-burning stove, Mobicarte telephone). - 1 bedroom with access to PRM (1 queen-size bed) and PRM bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) - 1 pantry (washing machine, dryer). Exit to the rear terrace via a hallway. Go down 6 steps to access the living room and another bedroom on the garden level: - Large living room (TV, DVD player, CD player, Wi-Fi) - 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite bathroom - 1 separate toilet Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Shower room, toilet. Sheets and towels provided, beds made upon arrival. Electric heating and wood at an additional cost. Large enclosed garden (2,500 m²), 2 terraces, garden furniture, barbecue. Covered carport. Fishing 500 m away. A secluded house nestled in the hills, on a hilltop. Two terraces with different exposures will allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of day.
