Room was unclean, could visibly see the dust. We didn’t feel comfortable eating in our room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It completely bent to the side of the heavier person. I’m 150, the other person was 180. Hallway was dirty. The staff though was very nice.

This was my first stay at a Tru, and I'd definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room and common areas were clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat--close to restaurants and shops, and conveniently located to access all areas of the city.
