"This place brought me back to my Grandmas house. The old wooden cabinets, front & back porch. It brought back wonderful memories. We did have a problem with the shower head….very hard to wash up & hold the shower head! This needs to be fixed. BEWARE…do not shut the door to the kitchen it will lock up on you! We were locked out twice…thank goodness the front door was unlocked & we happened to have car keys that had the number to the lock! All & all we enjoyed our stay!"

"My 86 year old mother, her best friend, Bev, and I had the great privilege of spending 8-nights at the farm house of this beautiful 80-acre horse farm property. We can’t overstate how much we enjoyed the beautiful view and all of the critters that regularly stopped by to get their picture taken. It is like living inside a national park! The grazing horses were a visual delight against the stunning backdrop of the Wallow mountains, and the farm house had everything we needed. The owners were available on the property to make sure we were comfortable. This was very much appreciated as my mother had to visit the ER at the beginning of our visit and she needed time to recover alone at the farm house. Thankfully, Bev and I felt very comfortable leaving her as we knew that help was a text away. The property is located around a mile outside of Joseph and 6-7 miles away from Enterprise, so we were close to everything we wanted to do. We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Evan’s Farm! We hope to be back here again. Five stars!"

"Google maps certainly did not like the address -provided and took us to a wrong location. Getting ahold of the actual host was impossible. Had to go through VRBO then to another remote managing company that really didn't know the property. The actual host/owner was impossible to get ahold of. For this reason I will not use VRBO again. The place was very nice and in a good location, but the total price per day was unreasonable. For the price paid per day, you would expect the host to provide some coffee and tea, sugar, and some bottled water. The internet at the location was extremely slow and was basically worthless. The outdoor area outside the unit could use some cleaning. The overhead fan worked for a short while and then quit working. Maybe the remote control for the unit had a bad battery. The key lock box is old and needs replacing; it was difficult to get open and shut."
