Ambiente

Sehr nüchtern ausgestaltete Wohnung. Kein besonderes Flair, beispielsweise klobige und hässliche Plastikmöbelierung auf dem Balkon. Kein direkter Gartensitzplatz. Stauraum (z. B. für Koffer) begrenzt, bzw. nicht vorhanden. Keine gebräuchliche Kapselkaffemaschine (Bosch) - Kapseln nicht überall erhältlich. Überzähliges, altes Geschirr sollte zugunsten von Stauraum für Lebensmittel entsorgt werden. Untaugliche Beschattungsmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon.

Wohnung in Losone

Lage der Wohnung ist gut. ÖV-Haltestelle in der Nähe. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat ein großes schönes Badezimmer. Auf der Terrasse fehlt ein Sonnenschutz. Es hat in der Wohnung keine Garderobe. Eine Lampe über dem Esstisch wäre schöner als die Deckenlampe.

Saubere kleine Wohnung die gut ausgestattet ist. Grosses Bad. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

klein aber fein

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wohn-Esszimmer, ein separates Schlafzimmer, ein modernes grosszügiges Badezimmer. Dazu einen grossen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und gibt sich alle Mühe. Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen Quartier und doch Zentrums ah. Der Coop 5 Minuten entfernt. Sehr gerne wieder.
