"Open continental breakfast choose what you want from wide selection and hot breakfast cooked fresh . The rooms are large and beds extremely comfortable and have fridge to store cold drinks . The whole team of staff are very friendly ,efficient and welcoming . Hotel ideally situated 5 mins walk from the best safe beaches in the area ."

"The hotel is a piece of paradise, the location is outstanding right on the most beautiful beach with a outside terrace with view over the beach and perfect for watching the sunset over mountains, the hotel is a bit tired in places but truly adds to it's charm, the rooms were clean with chrisp white sheets, fridge, TV and air conditioning we had a seaview room which was just wow .!!! The entrance as you come into hotel is like you've gone to heaven. A charming beautiful hotel that and the staff were just lovely. Bar prices were reasonable and a nice 20 mins stroll to Puerto de Mazzaron"

"Good location for exploring the town. The staff are super helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable and our room was spacious. The bathroom shower was good with plenty of hot water. My only criticism was that with a very large hand basin in there it left very little room for manoeuvring. The breakfast was good and had plenty of variety."

"Totally disappointing stay. For a 5-star resort, it was awful. The outside pool was not in use, so only indoor pool. The lift had broken so you had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to get there. The lake view requested was disgusting. It was full of green algae and half empty. Loads of noisy kids running around for hours too. The lobby areas were really tatty as well. The room had no storage, no biscuits for the tea and coffee and the TV didn't have any streaming options. I expect this from a 1 star but this was not adequate for 5 star."

"A nice place, lots of maintenance work happening atm and low season so reduced services. The grounds will look beautiful when the maintenance work is finished"
