"Love this well appointed cottage. Very clean, plenty of towels, comfy bed, parking space and great communication and responsiveness from the host. A couple things to consider: The cottage is outside of arroyo grande in a more rural area, lovely and quiet but you need to drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. We found the cottage quiet at night however if you are a light sleeper, note that there are a few dogs that may bark, a rooster nearby and a motion light that goes on if a critter walks by....
