"We were warmly greeted by the staff. Roger was very friendly and gave us a good orientation of the grounds and facilities. We loved the place surrounded by lush trees and flowers with the mountains as a backdrop. Service was excellent not just by the reception staff but at the restaurant as well. On our last day, it was too early to have breakfast before we left so they made us a nice breakfast box each complete with freshly squeezed juice, a sandwich, banana bread and even fresh flowers!"

We hiked in the mountains and visited a coffee plantation, so I would definitely encourage a rental car to visit. It was hard the leave the property at the end of our stay, I would definitely come again! "

"We were there just one night. Got there past 8 pm, hungry and the restaurant was already closed, didn’t get much help from the staff. It took them half an hour to charge my credit card for the cost of the room and we had to drive 20 minutes, back to the city, to find a place to eat. Back at the room it was cozy with a fire place.
