Parking was easy and close to rooms. Clean and big room. Checking in at the Charming little restaurant off the road called "Destino" was quick and easy. And Destino is a gem! You can get great espresso coffee drinks, cocktails and the food is great!

George & his familia - including Bambi were wonderful. It was a great location for our needs and had everything required for a good stay. If there were one complaint, it would be the pillows. They are thin and lumpy and an upgrade on those would be very welcomed.

I loved my room. The only disappointment was the restaurant was not open, although when I used Google Maps to search for a restaurant near me, it showed it was open. Kind of confusing.

Clean room, comfortable bed and bedding, available late check-in with code, quiet location, cute room and restaurant. However be aware if on second floor that the stairs up are outside, very narrow, and they go directly into the room (no landing). Also the room has limited hooks and no shelves. We also had to request a heater for our second night. We slept in many layers our first night since we got in late and the AC was blowing at 16c. But overall, we liked it.

It was so lovely. Clean. Bed firm and comfortable! The staff were friendly. Especially the young man waiter at their Destiny restaurant. We had no water pressure or hot water but we told the owner and she discounted $30 off. We would recommend this place highly if the water worked better. But we still recommend Firefly but at a lower rate if there’s no water pressure or hot water. I would check first. Their restaurant is wonderful.

El entorno es agradable, pero dentro las habitaciones se abajo se duerme mal por ruido ya que el techo es muy delgado. El primer día no hubo agua caliente. En las habitaciones de arriba el espacio es muy estrecho y sin ventanas, y el baño no tiene techo (se filtran los olores hacia la habitación).

En general nos fue muy bien. Sin embargo hace falta que coloque un mejor sistema de agua caliente, se acaba muy rapido y es realmente fria sin calentador. Tambien se requiere mejor preparacion por si el agua se va. Igual un mejor anuncio iluminado ayudaria a encontrar el sitio de noche. Mejorar la iluminacion en las areas externas ayudaria a apreciar mejor el rio y todo.

Es importante mencionar que es un hotel self-service, por tanto no esperes atencion directo, sin embargo, por telefono tienen seguimiento y son amables. Respecto a la propiedad, solo tiene las habitaciones, no hay otra cosa que hacen la propiedad mas que dormir. Respecto a la habitacion, es comoda, limoia y con buen gusto en decoracion... tiene una pequeña terraza con veniente pata tener un ligar privado fuera de la habitación. Las habitaciones de 4 personas no tienen aire acondicionado, no se necesite de uno durante la estancia, en el fia es agradable y de noches es fria la temperatura.
