"I have stayed here multiple times. We like to stay here when we attend concerts at The Shoreline. The gentleman at the front desk is always so kind and hospitable. I have not experienced the same on the phone with a particular female employee. She acted very bothered with my questions and even "accidently" hung up on me. The restaurant is amazing, and the Spa is beautiful. Highly recommend even for just a relaxing staycation."

"This trip had all the ingredients of pending doom. Lost ID so none to check in with, frozen credit cards etc. I would like to say that Priscilla at the front desk saved me from homelessness in San Jose. On top of it all there was a mistake in my booking dates and working with Expedia was like getting a root canal. However Priscilla made a few calls, going well beyond the scope of her responsibilities to ensure i had a roof over my head and worked around a number of cancelled credit cards. Highly recommended for the staff. recently updatd and great overall value. Piece of strong advice - stay way from booking via a 3rd party like Expedia where you are juat a number. Call them direct and book so you can sleep at night which was the whole point."
