"This is a beautiful venue in the city of Manizales. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is in a natural reserve with the opportunity to see butterflies, hummingbirds and other birds. It is near the business district. Breakfast is included and it has two restaurants with a good menu. Staff is very courteous and helpful."

"This hotel was very nice, the room was clean and spacious and the best part was how accommodating the staff were. If you're getting there at night, the hotel is a little hard to find so be ready to call when you're about 2min out and someone from the hotel will flag you down into the parking garage."
