The main issue we had is that the water was turned off anhour or so before the check out time. We don't know if this was done deliberately to prompt us to leave or if it was a coincidence. "Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue absolutamente excepcional y superó todas las expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable; el personal no solo fue increíblemente atento y profesional, sino que también se anticipó a todas nuestras necesidades, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos y cuidados en todo momento.
Las instalaciones son de primera clase. Todo el hotel, desde las habitaciones hasta las áreas comunes, está diseñado con un gusto exquisito y se mantiene en perfectas condiciones. Es un lugar que combina lujo con comodidad, creando un ambiente ideal para relajarse y disfrutar.
