When we arrived at the hotel, we spent more than an hour saying that we have VIP status only if we tour another property that they are promoting. They wanted to sell a program where I won't need to look for deals in Expedia or other similar sites. When we checked out they wanting to charge for cleaning the room and charged another tax so we can leave the property. and they even wanted to know if we used the coffee on the room so I would charge. Never being a hotel where they charge for cleaning or coffee bags put in the room. Very different from other hotels booked before. The restaurants where outside the property and they were very overpriced. A simple margarita was 13 dollars, and it was quite small, For being a 3-start hotel in Mexico I found it very expensive. They don't allow Uber and the taxis was very overprized and the airport shuttle was 22 dollars per person. If I ever come back to Cabo, I will try stay a hotel with a better brand reputation. I never heard this hotel chain before.
