Bad costumer service from the fronk desk agent , i checked in and check out few min later bc he gave me a room that i did not booked … so i even stay there and the front desk agent was really gross. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

The mattress and pillow was quite dirty with random yellow stains all over. We also had to make our own beds when we arrived - the only good thing about this is the location right on the Hollywood walk of fame

24 hour service and good location.
Lots of stairs, old building but lots of staff cleaning and service. Begals, oatmeal, and oranges for breakfast. Good location next to Chinese theaters and walk of fame as well as underground metro to all parts of LA.

Straight right in Hollywood! Stayed for a night to go to a nearby concert and the staff was very helpful with answering any questions about the hostel and also provides free ear plugs, definitely needed that for the flight home. There wasn’t any curtains on the beds but I’m fine with that. The lockers in your room are standard school size, wouldn’t fit a suitcase, just small belongings. The bathrooms are great and clean, there was 3 different rooms for getting dressed/doing makeup/hair, then a separate place with multiple toilet stalls, and another place for showers. I loved it so I could just do my hair and not worry about taking up an entire bathroom from someone else. Check out is very simple. Definitely coming back next time I’m visiting this area

The property was good, I was able to drink some water and such. However, I didn’t like how the people underneath me were having sex 4:30AM, and I told the front agent and he didn’t really do anything. I didn’t have any sleep.

Very clean and safe place to stay in LA. If you come back at night theres always lots of people in the street and lots of people having fun. The hostel itself is very clean and offers a nice breakfast, and a great way to meet people. You keep your luggage in your room and there is a small locker to put some valuables in. You can purchase locks on site from the vending machine. Would stay again if I ever came back!

Had a great stay. Hostel was only a 0.9 mi walk to Hollywood Bowl. Room was clean and cozy. Thought the entire building was well done. Only suggestion would be to make the quiet hours sign larger since some didn't quite abide by that, but regardless, we had a great stay. Thank you!

the picture to the left is the one I saw. It was of a bed, not a shared bunk, so the ad was misleading/deceptive. Hostels have private rooms and thats what I thought I was getting, so I was disappointed.

Convenient hostel, friendly and helpful staffs
It was wonderful experience and the staffs are friendly and helpful. They even organise some activites on the day or night. It is also convenient because it is located just opposite of the metro and walk of fame.
