I didn't actually stay here. I couldn't get on the shuttle to the hotel because of how many people needed it, because the airport shuttle only runs once an hour, and I had a train to catch. I tried to call to cancel the reservation, and they told me no. Even though I had selected 'pay at property,' they still charged my card, again, even though I didn't stay there. I had been here a few times before reluctantly because of the price, but now because of their unwillingness to accomidate, I will not stay again.
I will not revise my review as it meets all the guidelines given, it is an entirely truthful account of what happened, and customers deserve to know both sides of this hotel, not just the good.
