The hotel staff are very nice and polite. The property is undergoing a renovation. They are modern, clean and comfortable. The property, being close to the airport, is busy and noisy. The room we stayed at was on the lower level, even though I asked for second floor. It was an honest mistake by the front staff and no harm done, although you can certainly hear the people in the room above walk around and make noise. All in all, clean, comfortable, and more than enough for a couple nights stay for the price.

I booked the property on Expedia and went to the designated shuttle pickup location. It was already around 10 pm, and I had children in tow, so catching an Uber over wasn't an option. I called two different phone numbers approximately 4-6 times each, without any answer. Eventually I called central reservations, and they put me on hold, where eventually they disconnected the call after waiting 20 minutes on hold attempting to get ahold of the hotel. By midnight I had watched every other hotel shuttle come and go several times, and was through waiting, (flight boarded early in the am the following morning), and I waited out a completely miserable night in the airport. Sometime in the middle of the night, I received an email saying that I had missed the shuttle and it was my fault. Still haven't received any refund, but I will definitely be challenging this with my credit card.

Started with shuttle from airport - we arrived at 10pm and had to call for the shuttle 5 times before it arrived at 11:04 pm. The hotel is an 8 MINUTE drive from the airport. The rooms and property is under renovations (I’m assuming) and we were given the room farthest from the checkin counter and had to get to it, walking in the pouring rain. Arrived at check dry, was soaked to the bone when we got to the room. Room was dirty and smelled.

Value for money to stay close to LAX is unbeatable. Unfortunately the whole point of getting a layover hotel is to get a decent sleep instead of overnighting at the airport. The curtains are practically transparent letting in a ton of light from a street lamp - room 330 (and feeling a bit weird and visible). Location is bound to be noisy. Blackout, sound insulating curtains would totally transform this place for the better!

Very convenient less than 5 minutes to LAX. Spacious comfortable modern room with safe. Great value. Quiet. Exterior looks like beat-up motel so room was especially welcome surprise. Staff was very friendly and helpful regarding free airport shuttle.

This is a very basic hotel, with few amenities. The shuttle runs on the hour, some of the time; we watched every other hotel shuttle go by before we got ours. It is more of a motel than hotel; many rooms are accessed directly from the parking lot (not an indoor hallway.) So not all that secure feeling. Note that there is no breakfast, not even a simple continental one. The room was small, very simple. There was no secure place to leave luggage until our room was ready. The staff was nice. We had just a one-night layover in both directions, and I cancelled our return stay that night, and moved us to the Sheraton for our other layover. A few bucks more, and worth it. IMO.

Stellar property from the get go. Attention to detail by everyone I Called front desk for shuttle from airport and voila the Driver arrived. Check in was quick and easy. Both at desk friendly and happy. Asked if we needed a shuttle to airport and assisted us with arranging. Room was beautiful. Many many great things about our room. Bathroom was a highlight Well designed and functional Thank you very much. The return trip to airport driver qualified all travellers and loaded luggage in order of Terminal. Yay. Keep up the wonderful work Kudos to all staff. The pride in their roles was amazing.
