Omg! Our stay is never long enough! We love this oasis, this retreat from the LA. What a perfect sanctuary anytime of year. As always, Kathy and Phil made our stay exceptional and memorable. Thank you.

Perfect as always
Kathy's and Phil's heaven on earth never disappoints. Our stay was too short but while we were here we could not have been happier. Everything was perfect. Although the weather was a bit chilly, we were able to stay warm snuggled up in furry blankets and entertained with good books to read and movies to watch. Their well appointed kitchen made going out unnecessary, so we just stayed in a chilled. Best get-a-way yet! Thank you to our wonderful hosts! Fondly, Susan and Alan

Like a Mediterranean Paradise!
Kathy and Jeff's pool house home was amazing! The hosts thought of everything; from bottle openers to muffin pans, from cotton balls to make-up wipes, from plush bathrobes to ample bath towels, from a beach cooler to suntan lotion to beach/pool towels, from secure parking to jumper cables, from Tempur-pedic beds to a wireless sleep tracker, from a hanging punching bag to a smart fitness/work-out mirror, AND even cold drinks and fresh fruit upon arrival! THEY PROVIDED IT ALL - without any extra fees. With gardens, pool, gazebo, hot tub, barbeque grill, fire pits, festive night lighting, numerous sitting and lounging areas, it truly is a garden retreat - A perfect escape from Hollywood. The interior of the VRBO home rivaled the grounds. Each room had double French doors opening to the manicured grounds, providing that renowned CA indoor-outdoor living. The two bedrooms were spacious and provide ample hanging and drawer space. Each bedroom had a swiveling TV and remote. The living room had a large 60 inch TV, soft seating, a desk, and decorative lighting. The full kitchen was equipped with a toaster oven, a Keurig Coffee Maker with a grand selection of K cups, a toaster, microwave, full refrigerator with ice maker, oven and stove, dual sinks and dishwasher. Packaged foods such as oatmeal, pasta, tomato sauce, crackers, and dried soups stocked the pantry. The hosts could not have been friendlier, or more accommodating. Love them, love the place, love VRBO! The Best Ever!!

Post surgery respite
We were looking for a nice quiet place with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen that had some outdoor space for us to enjoy after my son had surgery while also working remotely during the week. The cottage was perfect. Kathy thought of everything that you might want while you are away including toiletries and snacks and coffee. The extra large and soft towels, robes and slippers made the place feel like we were staying in luxury accommodations while the blankets available in the living room to put over us while we watched tv in the evening made us feel at home. We cooked in some nights and had everything we needed and also enjoyed adventuring to places near by to eat out. It was an easy trip to Santa Monica, the Getty and Malibu for some fun adventures. The only complaint I had was that I had was that it was a little too cool out for me to go swimming. I will definitely enjoy the pool and spa next time. Kathy and Phil were also wonderful hosts. Thank you! Until next time!

Surgery Rehab Retreat
We spent 12 days in the pool house while my daughter recovered from knee surgery. Our hosts made every effort to make our stay comfortable and easy for recovery. The home is incredibly well stocked with everything you could ever need. It is clean and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for more! The garden and pool area are lovely and provide such a nice place to relax. Thank you, Kathy and Phil, for a providing such a wonderful home.

Fabulous find!!!!
This is a gem of a place in a busy city. Quiet, peaceful and safe. The hosts Kathy and Phillip were friendly, professional and caring. The pool house was comfortable and COMPLETELY STOCKED!!! Best medicine cabinet I have ever seen!!! We were there for a month and so happy we found this place. They made us feel like family but at the same time we had our privacy!!! Kathy goes the extra mile and even had outdoor activities for my 5 year old grandson including soccer ball and nets, baseballs, whiffle balls, bats, bases to run, giant bowling set and safe magnetic darts!!!! I recommend this property 200% and cant wait to stay again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!
